Delivery & Return
The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by Homéosoin. Homéosoin reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with Homéosoin or if Homéosoin considers that the Customer carries a risk of default of payment. Homeosoin then reserves the right to ask its Customer for additional information if it considers it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. Without a response from the Customer within 5 days of the order, the order and payment are canceled. Homéosoin undertakes to honor orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.
Deliveries in mainland France
Any order placed is shipped within 2 working days, excluding Friday when the order is shipped within the following 2 working days. During the period of August, the company is closed for 15 days, the shipment will therefore be made within 2 working days from the opening of the company.
The delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and in no case can Homeosoin be held liable in the event of failure to respect the delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges
Any Customer can request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. The Customer must include the product, the number of the order concerned by the return, the designation of the product (s) concerned by the return, as well as an exchange request..

If the item is refused by HOMEOSOIN, it is returned to the Customer at HOMEOSOIN's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return was not announced by the customer, a purchase order is automatically created and sent to the customer.
